Colon Sentinel
America's Canal Control Layer

Forty percent of US container trade. The hemisphere's most strategic chokepoint.
The Cooperative Security MOU signed. The Monroe Doctrine restored.
Colon Sentinel closes the gap.
How It Works
1. See
Satellites and sensors detect maritime, port, water, cyber and supply-chain risk.
2. Compute
US AI infrastructure processes data on-site.
3. Verify
Aircraft and drones from Enrique A. Jiménez Airport confirm what the data shows.
4. Respond
US and Panamanian authorities act through pre-negotiated protocols.
The Assets
Strategic Infrastructure at the Canal's Atlantic Entrance
Power
Scalable 400MW Phase 1 capacity supporting phased buildout

The Benefit
Strategic Access Without a Base
Reserved rights through a civilian-commercial platform.
Trusted Data at the Chokepoint
US-standard compute and analytics for maritime, trade, cyber and logistics data.
Crisis Optionality Before Crisis
Platform, contracts, protocols, people, data, and logistics
Resilience
Cyber protection, water and watershed monitoring and emergency response capability.

Colon Sentinel is structured as a Commerce-led public-private partnership. A US-led consortium builds and operates the platform under the American AI Exports Program. US agencies hold pre-negotiated access rights for defined emergencies. The project aligns with the December 2025 National Security Strategy, the Hegseth MOU on Cooperative Security Activities in Panama and SOUTHCOM's priority of ensuring unfettered US Canal access.
